Customer Service Associate at Walmart

My advice to people interested in working at #Walmart as a #Customerserviceassociate ...

Honestly, if you're looking to be treated poorly and as if your family doesn't matter or as if your health is unimportant then look no further than Walmart. The rate of pay isn't terrible, but if you are part time less than 3 years you earn zero paid time off. They're not moving people into full time position at all, they'll schedule full-time hours each week until you hit the threshold of forcibly being made full time by company policy(9weeks at 34 hours per week) and then drop you down to 16-33). They do not care about their employees or their employees livelihoods what so ever. Management has "favorites" that get away with everything, and those said "favorites" are not held accountable for their absences, they're virtually erased while other employees who come in and work hard and miss a day are forced to keep their absences on record. There's so much more I could go on about. If I hadn't needed a better paying job and I could go back and do it over again, I don't honestly believe I would have ever stared working at Walmart.
