Your "sleepless nights" say a lot about your character and strength as a person and an employee. It shows how much you care about your clients and the importance of your finding the solution to correct the problems of those clients. You aren't just putting in time for the sake of the money. Don't take me wrong, it is about the money too, but it is great to see that there are those who want to make a difference with the quality and impact of their work. From what I've heard, Oracle is a good company to work for. I know that they have quality people that work for them and you would add to that notion.
