I would advise them to look for employment elsewhere. Problems with ownership, poor scheduling, lack of getting schedules out in a timely manner (most times getting your schedule for the week at 1:00 am on Monday morning via text), hostile work environment, and drug usage of workers made this a less than desirable place to work.
