How will working a Cashier job help me grow a career?

Getting to meet people in different walks of life.

I am very People oriented. I am physically fit,and can out work most, regardless of age. My career days are not over but retirement is only 7 to 10 years away.I would love to find a company that wants an organized, inventory in the best place, with the bonus being a small mynute if any "theft" due to my keen ability to hone in on the person contemplating stealing from MY place of business. I need challenge and I am a very good multitasking. Career is very much a plan in a few short years. I love retail work, and I love people.
