Having two (2) container on the port to be unstuff which EDA was delay by two day, only to be told by customs that the new system they implement call asycuda take effect that same day. No member of staff has full understand of the new system, some customers were told before hand that they could come in as under normal circumstances they would be able to receive there goods. We started calling customers to make them aware of the situation, while making the calls customers were walking in, when told that they wont be able to get there goods they were angry... The stress that day was enormous both by the customer and workers.
