Interview practice: How would you answer this interview question?
You are offered a dream job at another company, but you are in the middle of a critical project in your current role and your resignation would potentially cause your teammates to fail. Do you prioritize personal advancement or commitment to your current team?

My part in the role.as far as my co.workers. why am I held responsible for the jobs...I am nothing in the company.my position is the same as my co workers..don't hold me accountable for them or them for me...I am replaceable you bet that..I am free to move on.to big an better things.. don't hold me down an responsible.if I was treated fairly would not be considering another place of employment. There's a plan B they should have .sorry I moving on.

Commitment to your current team. Give them notice so there is time to prepare. Let your pending employer know and they should be reasonable about it. Don't bail on your team!

Finish what I had started with others and then give notice and move on

U stick it out and always finish what u have stated and then move on simple

Finish the current job and let them know when my availability would be to start a new job a new position for my advancement opportunity for myself and my family

I would stay and finish the project and help my coworkers because I made a commitment to the Company.

Commitment to my Current Team

Commitment to present team

I would communicate with the “dream job” and give them adequate date to start and explain. They see that as a negative then not a dream job.
finish the current project to completion while explaining the situation to my new employer.
