I had a #stressful day at #PaloAltoNetworks is when...

The most stressful time I had at Palo Alto Networks was when our whole system in which we did our work on was down for practically the whole workday. I worked the graveyard shift, so even contacting my boss by e-mail and calling didn't help. After trying everything I could to reboot things from my end of things, I stayed up for my whole shift as regular waiting to see if the system would reboot itself and waited for my team supervisor to message/call me back to tell me it was okay to get back to work. I just stayed level headed and did what I could, followed what procedures I was trained to do, and awaited further instructions. It was less of a situation I could overcome and more of one I had to wait out.

Way to stay calm and collected! Follow the procedures provided and reach out to your superiors. Also could be a great opportunity to see how you could be a part of the solution to investigate how to avoid that situation in the future...

Long Vu that does sound like a stressful situation, but the most important part is that you got through it. I do believe that we all have those stressful days. What counts is how we react to those situations!!!... wishing you more happy days!!!.. Stay blessed!
