Terminated after 13 years. Never had any problems. New DM came in and put me on a 30 60 90 performance review. Never was I on one always passed my audits! My first 30 day she said I fell short, crazy everything was in place! Now we were going into busy season, she comes in 60 days says everything good except for payroll which during busy times I was over! Now for my 90 day she comes in with another DM which tells me somethings up!! 11am they came did am audit, left to go to another store but says will be back before my shift is done. I stressed out all day long thinking about what is happening, getting myself sick!! They came back at 4pm and did my 90 day recap which I ended up meeting standards and my #s have always been above the company! I did great I was so happy but then she goes " But we just aren't going to move forward with you!!!! WHAT!!! (They have done this to other managers as well, they are closing down stores and I think they don't want to pay severance pay to the managers that have been here long time!! Well they made me grab my stuff and escorted me out of my store I have been running for all that time, working overtime, missing holidays and family functions. I felt like I had stolen a million $ the way they walked me out rolling her eyes and hands on hips...I said I can't believe you are treating me this way...she said yup!! I really felt harassed! I filed for unemployment and get a letter the they are investigating the reason of termination so I have not received any money!! I was supporting my family since my husband had back surgery and was home watching my children! They cut my benefits off and all...I'm just so lost and really did not expect this! What do I do
