I started working for them at 16. I've been off and on there for years and even taught managers at one of them. The problem is, if you're a good worker they will use your skills but not pay you for it. They stick to "the who you know" philosophy to promote, not hard work. Most of the management were lazy and insensitive towards employee concerns. There's nothing like working for superiors who do not belong in leadership.
