My advice to people interested in working at #MaximHealthcareServices as a #DirectCareWorker ...
I would never recommend anyone to work here. If you care about the clients, it's ok. The office doesn't really care, they're so under staffed that 24 hour, around the clock care clients go shifts without care, putting them in jeopardy. I went off shift, to clients houses so they wouldn't go without food and to take care of their incontinence issues. They have care and need it for a reason. Client calls about caregivers they have problems with, office recruiters dont care to care about clients complaints that are valid, like a caregiver sleeping on shift, 1st shift. I'd work 72 hours a week with no acknowledgement, all the time. And the sign on bonuses for getting others into the company is not compensated. And they mess your pay checks up in payroll a lot, and your lucky of you see that missing money from your check.
