Older workers.
I can’t speak about others but I know that I can be loyal to a company providing that the pay and the benefits are good of course! Most importantly I believe in a good days work for a good days pay. I can work alone or in a team. I’m very kind and respectful towards others. Plus I may be able to add some past experiences to a new job that could save in cost, or improve safety or ego issues.

Company don't care about loyalty

I always take pay and benefits into consideration before I accept an offer. I have years of experience and do not feel it should be offensive to anyone that I choose to take a position only if the pay and benefits fill my needs.

I could have and have said the same thing myself, so true.

You just said that you can ONLY be loyal depends on the benefits and a good pay. So by nature, you can’t be 100% loyal, because your loyalty is depending on how you will be compensated. A good citizen shouldn’t be like that. its just a simple act of being a human. I know you’re just being practical but sorry, your post is somewhat offensive. #keeppositive #payitforward #spreadthegoodeeds

Picking tried and true, solid older person any day of the week over the young of this generation. No hard feelings Y2K crowd💯

I agree older workers can teach the young work force

Well said!

That's true !
How come so many people here believe that they've been discriminated against because they are over 50? 50 is still very young !
I'm personally baffled by this belief.
And if it's unfounded then you're probably sabotaging these jobs yourself by being the part of the aged and unemployed population.
What are the valid reasons for believing this?
Someone?
Thank you
