Wearing a suit for an interview is always appropriate and professional regardless of the position you are interviewing for.

No Jeans Please!!! Wear some slacks and a shirt! No tennis shoes either. Looking your best is winning half the race! The other half is you presenting your self to be the best candidate for the job. Good luck!!

I say dress to impress! Khaki's with a nice button shirt or nice collared shirt. Regardless of what it says first impressions are everything. When you look confident you feel confident!

Congratulations, Carlos, on your interview! If the position is an indoor/office position, wearing jeans is a no-no. Check their website to see what the people representing the company are wearing and let that be your guide. Khakis and a collared shirt may work. Just make sure you don't wear wrinkled clothes.

Ashley Wilson is correct about dressing for the part. While the work environment is business casual, your first impression is the one that counts. An interview should be seen as formal event. Wearing slacks/khakis, a button down shirt, and even a tie will make you stand out from the competition.

My place of employment is super casual. People even wear sweat pants and shorts, but during the interview, I showed up wearing a suit. I landed the job. During a conversation with my boss later, he told me that the way I presented myself, in addition to my skills, made me memorable and helped secure my status as the one to hire.

Best of luck!

Yeah, I wouldn't wear jeans. Not to an interview. Even if it says casual dress up. Be the person who impresses not the person who doesn't go above and beyond.

Hi Carlos Alvarado yay for your interview, that's great! When in doubt it's always good to look your very best. Not that jeans aren't great, but they aren't seen as professional. Employers ALWAYS appreciate those who go the extra mile. I would avoid jeans. Instead, pick up a pair of dress slacks or khakis. If you aren't sure you can always ask a sales associate at the store. You could grab a pair of pants at Target, Macy's, even Goodwill if you are strapped for cash! Be sure to go with a button down shirt as well.
