Veteran staring over
I am a US Army veteran who is looking to start over. I have been a student pastor for over a decade and would love a job that values dedication, compassion, loyalty and hard work. #veterans

Give Mclean Bible Church a call, I believe they looking for a student pastor.

Bob, have you looked in to VA's CH31 Vocational Rehab program? If you are 30% service connected, you would be highly qualified for this program. Even if you are 0% SC, but have an employment limitation from active duty service you may qualify for this benefial program.
Once you are screened for eligibility, you'd be scheduled to meet with a counselor to discuss your career options and what possible education you would need to achieve them.
The program can cover your tuition, books, supplies and also pays a monthly stipend while you are enrolled in school.
Just want to throw in my two cents here: Bob, first off, thank you so much for serving our country. I think that is still significantly under appreciated. Second, I would very much agree with Mark and see what the CH31 program can offer. You've got some great skills and are interested in a field that really has legs (so much is in danger of being taken over by AI in the next couple decades) and helping people manage through tough times will be huge.
In addition, you may want to consider social work or psychology. Depending on how much school you are interested in or willing to take on, both of these could be highly beneficial.
Best of luck!
Eric
