Having the Safety Manager or one of the Coordinators watching you for signs of some assumed "episode" found out that some people from my Church, and various other jobs worked here and instead of them getting to know me you allowed someone that didn't know a thing about my medical history or real medical knowledge tell you a story that was found to be untrue via a medical review. Someone that I had dated previously also worked there and he was still mad about being dumped, only it was just a progression of you not taking/giving your time and so you were replaced. I don't believe that anyone's personal love life should be taken into account in a working environment. That's really not the Company's place or call to let the rumor mill overshadow job performance, or promotion expectations.
