You might be interviewed by two people at once. They’ll ask you the basic questions about working with others, give examples from other jobs you’ve had when they ask about different scenarios ; Also they like to see personality because its a warehouse job and they want to know how you are naturally because the job can be intense at times. They will give you a drug test on the spot or they’ll give you 48hrs to complete one. Go in there confident and happy, interact with them. There’s no bargaining wages, I tried; but that doesn’t mean you can’t try. Dress nice, be comfortable. It’ll be hard not to get the job unless you’re just not able to perform package handling duties or delivery driver duties.

In most cases, (for management positions) it’s a panel interview consisting of a 5 minute presentation followed by behavioral questions. However, there are technical and/or job specific questions used by certain departments.

Remember the format called bar... background, action, results... thats the why conduct interviews .. also you can ask them to repeat the questions so you can answer better
