Interesting reading and many valid points. Unfortunately, in many cases management fails miserably in recognizing top performance thereby, leaving good employees asking the question/so was is it really worth all the dedicated work and hours. What's even more frustrating is seeing someone else in the corporate- chain reap the benifits of one's hard work? This is when the great employees seek alternate routes and rightfully so. It's sad!
