The job will train you as a customer service agent you need to know the product what it's about what it does and be able to explain it to your customer awesome you will need to make sure that customer understands every answer that you give them on the questions they are asking never answer a question with yeah no always explain your answers and make sure that your tone is very easy to the ear of the customer that way the customer does not feel intimidated also be able to troubleshoot in any case that may arise. I have been in customer service 25 to 30 years and I always make sure my customer feels not like a customer but as an associate it puts them at ease and it also helps them think oh I can speak to this person

Find an employer that will train and pay during training on the job. My job is a cakewalk... Telemarketer/Appointment Setter. $16hr plus Bonus pay for each appointment that is set. A basic script is provided and sometimes it requires, shooting from the hip. Being a people person helps. Every company is different when it comes to expectations! We need to make 20 calls an hour. No worries, again I say "Cakewalk."
