I had one boss that had "favorites" & he always made sure certain people got the best jobs. I was very tired after already working 5 10 hour days & on Saturday I was exhausted. They gave me a very rough job & the bosses favorite stood & talked all day. I couldn't understand how a person could do their co-workers like that & how a boss could be so uncaring. I worked real hard all day for 10 hours & with an hour to go they sent this person to tell me I had to clean up someone else's mistakes. It just hit me so wrong & I was so very tired that I told her to not speak to me. I didn't have anything good to say so I had to not talk to her. I did as I was told but I lost all respect for that boss & the employee. She went back to his office & sit & talked. He was the 2nd in charge of the whole factory & I found it very disrespectful. She was a gorgeous girl with very large breasts & he was being used by her & just couldn't see it. Then he let her leave early because she had cramps. When a person is that tired it is hard to keep your cool. I did but it hurt me & I never could respect him again.
