If you have a criminal background and are in search of felony-friendly jobs, consider exploring resources like Jobcase, which connects job seekers with employers open to hiring individuals with criminal records. Additionally, other job search providers like Indeed and CareerOneStop also offer options for finding opportunities that are open to candidates with criminal backgrounds. Remember to focus on emphasizing your skills and qualifications during the application and interview process.

The only thing that would hamper you with a felony is what class and what it was for? If the job requires handling funds it will also ask the same questions. Then it will depend on HR from then forward. I did Logistics work for many many years. I have my TWIC card with me at all times because The Dept of Homeland security runs a thorough background check. I wear it anytime I go into a chemical plant,or any Homeland Security area, ports, etc. If you get past them, you may stand a chance of getting hired but there are no guarantees
