How will you motivate yourself to stay positive today? Here are a few things you can tell yourself throughout the day.
I am doing the best I can. / I am choosing love. / I am choosing to be kind to myself. / I am choosing compassion. / I am choosing joy. / I am choosing good health.

Having fun acting like you are so much in love with me u tell me how much you going to grow old together and how much love you have for me!!!! This is your wife Constance I love you so much still

Mindfulness is useful, but only when paired with another strategy like CBT, Existential Therapy or Motivation Interviewing.

I am choosing to not worry and tell others not to worry.

Choosing to be kind to others as well. Sometimes, just a word of encouragement or a simple acknowledgement goes a long way. We never know what people are going through.
