Resume
I worked at a job for three months and I quit. Should I put that on my resume? Someone told me not to cause it looks like job hopping but I'm afraid if I get to the point of an employer wanting to do a background check, they will see I worked at this place. thanks

Great Question Krista Morgan ! Here's good rule of thumb to go with short term employment on your resume. If the short term job is relevant for the job you're pursing then Yes; keep the job on your resume. If not, then NO. You can always explain the short term job during the interview. Good Luck with your job search and please continue to reach out to us any other questions or concerns. Thanks

Hi Krista Morgan - I agree with Lenin. If the experience is relevant to the job you are applying for with that resume, then definitely add it! If it isn't relevant at all and you have other experience/skills/achievements you'd rather add to it, that is okay too.
Like Lenin Pina said, you can always explain the job you had for 3 months in an interview. I'd recommend reading this conversation for some help doing that. It's a slightly different situation, but I think that has some solid advice in it for you!
