How hard is it to get a Cashier job?

Keep your availability as open as possible ! Be flexible, expect to be assigned different duties , always be honest !

All I can answer is from my experience, I am a cashier but mostly do other things as well it depends where you get the job if you’ll be staying in one place or not (behind the register). My first job was the job I have now I had a little resume but basically no experience because I had never had a real job. I still go the job but as far as I know he really needed employees that’s why I was hired. I have since learned a lot of experience. But I would say most cashier jobs the manager is going to want to hire someone with experience.

Not hard at all,is just that you need to be willing to learn and deal with customer if you have no experience at all. To me was super easy because I had customer service experience from years but I guess is one of the easiest jobs you can get. Anyways always have a good attitude and be a good team player!!! My best whishes 😊

If you're willing to work hard, and you're efficient and know how to deal with customers diplomatically, it's easy to get a job as a cashier. If you've got experience and realize how important it is to pay close attention to detail and to be accurate, it can be a great job for you. In a busy environment, the time goes by quickly. Make sure you're the kind of person who finds it easy to be pleasant, and that you're patient with customers, particularly when they have concerns/complaints.
It’s actually very easy to get a cashier job, as long as you have a couple years of experience in the field & open availability.
