As a Remote Underwriter, you will be responsible for the analysis of submitted file for Capacity, Capital, Character, Collateral, and Condition.

This includes ensuring that loan request meets program and product specifications or counter-offer to different product and/or program when appropriate.

In addition, you will communicate decision (approval, suspense, denial) to appropriate individuals within JPMorgan Chase, uphold fair lending practices of JPMorgan Chase Mortgage, meet targets for productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction, and perform second review of contract underwritten denials.
