Doesn't it sound like the most racist move you have ever heard of and that has been going on for over 20 years there was a time back in the nineties I could not get a job companies were checking credit but I still strongly feel there is a higher power making these decisions and it's not a power of people among stuff is a higher power

that has nothing to do for a jog credit score shoulb be use fro a credit line not for a job people judging in the wrong line they dont you how responsible are u i work until they give u a chance

Too true Lois Martin - I've seen many conversations in the community about this very topic, and how members have been denied jobs due to the credit check. It seems to be a vicious cycle - they have bad credit due to not being able to pay bills due to no income because of no job, and are unable to get a job to start paying their bills to raise their credit.

What do you think of the situation? It's true that not all jobs require this though, so it is definitely more of a complex situation than first meets the eye. I look forward to your input!
