Education is good no matter what! It sounds like they are also looking for employees who have good people skills as well.

I've been blocked from several jobs after taking a "morality test" - I don't know what else to call it. The questions have nothing to do with anything technical - they're all about what you would do if you encountered a co-worker stealing or something of that nature. I've answered those questions like I think anybody should answer them, and I immediately get a response saying "we're not moving forward". This happened when I applied to work at a gas station, a Pep Boys, and for Sears as a repair technician. I have no clue how anyone gets beyond that stage.

Hi Mike! Every company has their own thing which they value. I am not sure where you are applying but to them, they must want to work with a certain type of person. Don't lose heart! If it isn't for you apply elsewhere and keep looking!
