Not going to lie, sometimes I don't have time to take a dedicated lunch, sometimes you can find me eating at my desk. I do like to take at least 30 minutes to focus on my lunch and potentially say hi and meet other coworkers. What do you prefer?

I feel like it depends on the job. If my job requires talking with other people all the time, I may need alone time to get back my energy.
Since I am self employed I most often ear lunch by my self. Every once in a while I may have a business lunch, or lunch with a friend. I think that it is a personal choice, myself!
Definitely in the breakroom with co-workers. I love to socialize on my break!
On my own. When it comes down to it. These people are not your friends and will throw you under the bus if necessary

Same here Nolan. I’m with these people 40 hours a week. My lunch hour is MY lunch hour.
