They are all stressful. There are no good days. Some are just less stressful than others. Managers and DM's are micro-managed on an hourly, daily, weekly basis depending on what the upper leadership determines to be the hottest thing at that particular moment in time. A DM spends more time on conference calls being threatened and berated than there is time to even address what ever the they perceive the problem is at that particular moment. There is zero trust.......
