I had a friend that got me the interview at BB@T. I loved working here and loved helping people. I was a licensed claims agent and handled alot of different claims. I was the first person that someone would talk to when they had something horrible happened. I worked there from Dec 2001 until Sept 2009. I lost my father in 2007 and then lost my mother in 2009. At the time I lived in NC and my parents lived in TX. I was lost and chose to return to TX as my new residence. I was in a very bad marriage with emotional abuse. I have fully recovered from that marriage and am in alot better place now. I do have some disabilities from working and begin attached to a headset for 8 hours a day minus lunch and breaks. I at the time needed to take a step back and look at my life and transform myself. I would love to get back into the insurance field. However, I prefer to work at home, if at all possible. I work better by myself and am very dedicated to my work. If I can't do it right I don't do it. I hope I have answered any and all your questions.
