Your second question: Regarding my clients getting made at me and how did I handle it? My clients were not mad at me but mad at my company, which can happen when you are dealing with shipping their freight overseas to a foreign country. I listened first to their concerns, assured them I would take care of it and get back to them after I had spoken to the Operations Department and find out what happen that cause this delay and get their shipment back on track as soon as possible. I always kept my word and kept them informed of the progress as it developed until all was well. Most of the time it usually was their own agent they requested was not where he was suppose to have been to clear the shipment through customs, not our fault. I would always smooth things over and say, "misunderstandings do happen" and all was forgiven.
