Burnout. A term to describe the mental and physical exhaustion you experience when the demands of life around you consistently exceed the amount of energy you have available.
Sound familiar? Whether it's in your personal or work life, you've probably faced "burnout" at one point or another.
How do YOU stay motivated and prevent this feeling of being overworked? Share below!
Here are some things I do:
- I try to take frequent, short breaks throughout my workday to boost my creativity and mood.
- I try and give myself a few minutes of sunshine per day.
- I try and practice 30 minutes of mindfulness/yoga per day.
- I try and reduce my "screen time" before bed to help me get a better night sleep.
