What is your juiciest story from working at #McDonalds?
Tell me about it...

how did u get the job

I remember I was working and a group of people trash the tables

I really liked it in the beginning but a month in in was he'll they treated me like a slave .we're very rude I did not want to go back

I have experienced good things bad things good people bad people but you're there to do a job once again learn your job so you can do it well don't worry about what people say never be rude to a customer you must listen to a customer complaint in order for that customer to come back make the customer feel comfortable and assure of they self that they are at the right place because they opinion does matter

One of our General managers ( Katy Bruce) was having sexual relations with a underage worker who is a black shirt

Well let’s see... I worked at Mcdonalds in Scottsdale, Arizona (9140 Talking Stick Way)before I moved to Florida. I got molested in the break room by my coworker who said he was 35 but looked 60. I was 15 at the time and I’m 16 now, almost 17. He admitted to doing it when asked by my manager. I didn’t feel comfortable working with him so me and my mother went to see the supervisor of the area, Chico. We didn’t talk about a transfer at all. He looked at my mother with a disgusted look and asked “why are you here? This doesn’t concern you. This is between me, your daughter and the company. This is none of your business so you can leave”. He made a list of things I supposedly did wrong while working there for 2 MONTHS. I did nothing wrong. Never got written up or warnings. I was early everyday and stayed late sometimes to help out. I was a great worker. But anyway, I told Chico “you know he admitted to doing it right?” He cut me off and said “no he didn’t”. So we went to Salt River Police Department and they took the case. Apparently the man, Jaime, that molested me is illegal and that isn’t even his real name. He stole a woman’s identity. He fled and no one can find him. Also, that mcdonalds.. a few managers love to smoke pot outside in their car and hide drugs in the ceiling and come to work high. I saw it all. That’s my experience. And I feel like no one will hire me because I have no clue what they put as my reason for leaving. So... yeah.

I work at McDonalds on old Preston Highway treat me bad. Five Manger there treat me bad so I quit McDonald's.

On my first day a customer threatened to slap the girl who was training me. I quit the next day!

It was TERRIBLE! and when i mean terrible. Very! Now the job itself was easy! I was a cashier. But the people are AWFUL! they literally made me cry before! You got these managers who can talk to you any kind of way. One of the managers told another employee that she wanted to " slap the f*** out of me " she said it loud enough for me to hear it too! They are so MEAN! They depressed me . even when i told them about the sexual assault they brushed it off and laughed at it! I finally took up for myself and they fired me.. That job depressed me. They wasnt even giving me any hours . im 19 with a 5 year old! The money i was making there? Couldn't even buy her summer clothes & they fired right before she starts school! I just wanna give up..
The juiciest thing that ever happened at either of the McDonald's I worked was, the 10:1 patty fresh off of the grill with a piece of cheese melted on it inside of the warmer...there was also a lot of stuff that went on illegal at any of them
