What made you do this.....
Hi friends! I was just wondering if you could please do me a tiny favor. It would be so deeply appreciated : )
I am wondering two things:
1- Why did you decide to join Jobcase?
2- What are your favorite parts of the site?
Some members enjoy how easy it is to search for a job. Others just love the interaction and support they receive in the community.
Tell me what YOU love!
Thank you

I have no idea how I found this site. Anywho, it is uplifting to me to uplift others. Also, in this community, it is safe to vent your concerns and fears regarding stability.

so far looks like its going to be helpful

I enjoy both job search and social life experiences as well .

I would like to state that the interaction is important, and if you have something to offer, some type of incouragement, or a option that may have been overlooked or not considered, most of us here on this site have been laid off or left a job for whatever reason and need that support that someone has been their and suffered through that, I have been through more than one evictions and on two or more occasions fortunate enough to have a car or a back yard to sleep in and one occasion had to sleep where I could fine a parking space and hope the cops didn't hassle me, so if I can help a fellow human being deal with this mess I will.

I joined by accident and I've stayed for the support. I know I'm not alone in my job dilemma..lots of good advice too.

Good Morning Ashley Wilson, actually, I joined strictly by accident. I stumbled across this site during my extensive job search using my myriad list of search engines. It was a bit refreshing to see many others like myself here sharing their struggles for a better opportunity. And then there are the people like Patrick Coopedge, Lois Martin, Patricia Collins, Matt Bornhorst and Lenin Pina, to name a few I follow, who have been not only helpful but encouraging, even if I didn't agree with everything they post. By the way, I have praised them all. Constructive criticism is good for the soul. To my way of thinking, You have 3 choices in life, evolve, adapt or die. As I have stated in previous posts here, everyone has a story. You have 2 ears and 1 mouth for a reason. You should listen twice as much as You speak and be mindful of what You say because words have power.

I was getting discouraged trying to rebuild my life after a felony and numerous job offers recinded after a background check. I joined jobcase because we truly are all in this together. Life is more than work, and people are more than where they work. Connecting with and encouraging others helped me push on and find a job.

I love that we are empowering people to live their happiest and more fulfilling lives, Ashley Wilson !

I love the feeling of community Ashley Wilson ! Everyone is so supportive and helpful, it's really encouraging to see!
I like listening to everyone’s experiences. If they’ve landed a job I like to congratulate them. If they’ve had a bad experience I like to offer suggestions and encouragement
