I needed a job. Let me explain their standard interview process. I went to the company 5 x for an interview. The first day was 9 hours long. I had to sing karaoke, I took computer tests and interviewed with several people. I sat with employees in the Dept I was applying to and watched them do their daily activities. At the end of the day , I was told to send the hr person an email explaining why I wanted to work there. I went back 4 more times before I was hired. They requested my w2 tax forms and offered me 10 k less than my current salary. After i was offered the job, they informed me that the standard work hours are from 8 am to 6pm with no overtime.
