I used to train college students how to do job interviews. You can look up job interview questions on you tube and have mock job interviews with a friend. It can be fun and you can learn how to be direct and confident with every answer.

What jobs have you had, in the past? Be ready to answer questions like "how did you handle a problem customer?" Or what was an accomplishment from a previous job. Have answers ready that let them know, that you may be new to your career field, but not new to providing good service. Stay relaxed. Be friendly and courteous. Shake hands at the beginning and after. Say "Thank you for your time." The BEST thing you can do - is get some form of contact information - and send them a "Thank you" note after words. If it's a morning interview, send it just after lunch, and include "are there any more questions I can answer?": Likewise, if it's an afternoon interview, send it first thing the next morning. Little things like that will set you apart. "It was a pleasure speaking with you this morning/yesterday afternoon. Thank you for taking time out of your day, to speak with me. Are there any further questions I can answer?" Something quick and simple.

Just be on your best behavior and try to keep relaxed. Don't move around too much and try to fit in a story about relevant experience.
