It is very hard work. No matter what department you work in. If you miss 8 days then on the 9th day you are fired. Then you wait 6 months for one absences to drop off. I think it is crazy myself. Every 3 months you do get a my share bonus. Sometimes it's good and not so good. Depends on the sales and accident
