Orlando, FL - Customer Service Reps will be handling inbound from patients/customers to schedule, cancel, or edit transportation services. Looking for compassionate, hard working- customer service oriented individuals who have high volume call experience.

This is a temp to hire opportunity! Benefits are available once hired on. Pay rate is $14/hr!

Job Requirements:

• Must have at least 2 years of high volume call center/ customer service experience.
• Must be flexible to work any 8 hour period between 8am-8pm, Monday - Friday.
• Must have reliable high speed internet access
• Must have call center headset/computer headset with Microphone and noise cancelling features, no ear buds or music headphones will be acceptable
• Must be available for 2 weeks of training with no days off from Sept 28- Oct 9th
• Must pass Background and Drug Screen
