Wow! It has been quite a long time since I worked for Best Buy as the Geek squad DCI. I started working at Best Buy Geek Squad part time in order to increase my income. At first the job seemed to be good. We had a really great store manager (Tim) that I believe truly cared about the store and the employees.

Shortly after starting with Geek Squad I was promoted to DCI. One day I came to work to discover that Tim had left and another managerial staff was installed. This is when things took a turn for the worse. The over all culture of the store turned from highly professional to downright unbelievable.

The newly installed managerial staff was young, which isn't necessarily a bad thing, however in this case the shear immaturity and immense cruelty that they gleefully visited upon staff members was nothing short of torture and in some cases, I feel, down right illegal. I was witness to behaviors that I never want to be exposed to again.
