So I got into a little finder binder at work last Monday & my boss told me to sit tight & wait. So he told me lastnight that I'll hear from him today. I don't know what's going on with him but I need to know my employment rights if I am told to wait but really need to know if I can file for Unemployment. What do I do?

Hey Matthew, so sorry to hear about your recent accident. Are you okay? Did you go to the hospital for a check up? Always make sure you take time to ensure your health and safety first before you consider continued employment and unemployment options.
So, where you released from your job? Are you deciding not to return? It still sounds like a final decision hasn't been made on your current job/employment status. I think you should find out what your employment status is first before you file an unemployment claim but in either case you're always welcome to file a claim.
