"Private and anonymous" data isn't so private and anonymous anymore. The other day a news correspondent cautioned against sharing too much information when completing a computer-based survey, explaining that an algorithm has been developed that can easily identify you as the writer/sender! This is important to keep in mind if you are asked to complete such a survey at work.
Remember there is the proper way to communicate concerns at work: one-to-one and face-to-face in a private setting. Guard your privacy and reputation -- and protect your job!

Hmmm very interesting Lois Martin ! I agree that once you put the info out there it is definitely out there. However, if it is anonymous then they are breaking the law by sharing your name and any identifying information.
