Bad Managment

Great Kitchen Staff, bad Management poor Organisation. In my 28 years working in different hotels around the country and the world never worked in one as horrible like the Atlantic Hotel & Spa.

Oof. That sounds awful Pablo Lugo . I've watched some of Ramsey's Kitchen Nightmares (it's a guilty pleasure), and seeing some of those kitchens and hotels are just insane!! Who knew that things could be so organized.
