Supervisor calling at 4:30 asking if I could start early abd drive 4hrs to my first account because both analyzers are down and on call engineer is already at an account. While driving to the account I received 4 other services calls in my territory. During the drive I had to call all 4 customers and try to troubleshoot over the phone. I was Able to get 2 customers up and running. I had to explain to the two customers I could not phone fix that my ETA would not be until verry late in the evening. About 8 pm.
I was able to get one instrument up on site. The other was s part order. I then headed back to my territory to service the other customers.
Arrived home around 1AM.
