No mistakes..just investing my time in a job that doest offer any thing..in order for them to consider a raise.they want you to become a manager..But what if that's not what u want..you just wanna do your job an be appreciated and valued and get your raise accordingly.. And offer good benefits.so what cause its fast food..you don't even get vacation time,nor paid vacations,no 401k,no good health, no long or short term ..just nothing. Do your job and go home.
