For the most part it's an easy jo but there are days when you have to stand there and get yelled at by customers knowing there is nothing you can do about it. People need to understand the people that work at fast food restaurants or any where to be honest, that we are just people to.

Nothing much it’s pretty easy once you get the hang of it. For me at times it was the rush hour that was challenging because your dealing with a lot of orders and impatient customers.

Everything is easy only if you are properly trained it’s only hard when you don’t know exactly what to do so how you are trained is an be impact on your job.

i’d definitely say it’s working the windows like giving change,and taking orders at the same time, and memorizing what bag is the next customers order so you can hand out the right bag, and working the pop machine also at the same time.
