The company is relatively young but established player in the MLM field. We create the back office and websites for some of the largest direct marketing companies in the world. (Plexus, LuLaRoe, Immunotec, etc...)
The environment is open and collaborative. It is a young group of folks here (at 43 I am the 5th oldest person in the building), so you should be able to communicate with millenials with relative ease.
