Hard to find work

I have been unemployed for over 3yrs now due to a disability. Now that my doctor is releasing me the job market is hard to break through. I have been on several interviews but it seem as if I'm not qualified, or just not doing good on my interviews. I NEED HELP! Do anyone have any suggestions on breaking through this job market or even interviewing? I will greatly appreciate any feedback

HI Zarinah Prince - if you're looking for tips and advice on the job search and interviewing you have found the EXACT right website!

Here is a conversation on applying to jobs online and how to get through their ATS (applicant tracking systems).

Here is a great post on what NOT to do at an interview, I think it can be very helpful!

Never forget while looking for a job that you ARE unique and possess a certain skillset that can provide huge value to a company! The key for you is to find out what that is and play it to your advantage in an interview.

Best of luck Zarinah, I hope this has helped! Please don't hesitate to let me know if there is anything else I can do to help out!
