Does anyone know what the interview process at Dollar Tree is like?
Dollar General always needing to hire
They also seemingly take nearly 3 months for "approval"
Is there something where I dont have to be on computer or phone
some reason when I go the sweet older lady looses her teeth, so maybe dentures in place
Well it can't be that hard I worked for eckerds when I was 18. You have to run the register every once in awhile or you have to be a stalker when the truck comes in. You have to be able to get it out in a timely manner plus help people that look like they need help.. good customer service is hard to find. Management see that you treat your customers right and you take ownership in the building and they will want you to stay and they will give it raises.
