My stomach says go out to eat during lunch, but my brain says bring in lunch and save money. It's nice to get away during lunch though.

I love eating at work in the breakroom but I hate when my co-workers talk to me about work during my lunch break. Sometimes I like eating in my car just for the silence.

Since the 3 martini at lunch stuff never happens anymore, I prefer a lunch with no talking! Lol

I bring my lunch as often as I can and then when it's nice out find a place outside nearby that I can take it to and eat it. Getting out of work for a little bit makes a world of difference to the day and mind set. But eating out can really add up fast.

I'd rather go out to eat..

Leaving to get something takes too damn long. I don't get a 'break' if I do that.

Go to lunch. Gives you a break, and to clear your head

I bring my lunch and have like instant Mac n cheese or the tuna with crackers in my locker in case I forget or get extra hungry. So answer: bring lunch :)
