many of times customers will be unhappy for whatever reasons I used to tell my other servers I would train if they find one thing wrong in the area or with you that's understandable if they find to usually they start looking for three and four so be ready be prepared humble yourself move forward don't let this situation stick with you move on keep your eye on the prize the night's not over any more customers will be following them so don't let it ruin your evening
