If I had a problem I couldn't handle I always go to the manager ..or if it was something I could take care of but needed a manager or supervisors okay, once again I turn to them..but as for a customer being rude ..rem the customer is always right..and to make our guest as in customers satisfied so they will come back for more later or give a GD recommendation to others ..
