Healthcare organization is now hiring candidates for positions as Locum Emergency Medicine NP/PA to provide care for Adult, Neonatal, Pediatric, and Geriatric patients in a 39,000 annual volume, Level 1 Trauma Center.

Candidates must be able to see 1-2 patients per hour, be a team player, and have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

There are two NP/PA shifts: (8am-6pm and 4pm-2am)

For this Locum position, all travel expenses (flight,rental/mileage/lodging) will be paid /reimbursed.

Your Requirements: (must meet all requirements)

1. Must possess a Masters degree and active SC license as either a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant

2. Must have SC License and Active SC DEA, ACLS, BLS

3. Must have 1+ years' direct ER experience as an NP/PA

4. Must have comfort with PEDS; NRP certification needed to start (can acquire)

5. Experience coordinating with providers, nursing and therapy staff to adjust and monitor patient care plans (Interdisciplinary Teams), ability to work directly with ER doctors

6. Must be able to give 6+ shifts per month, ideally 10-12 for each provider

7. Willing to travel (100% travel required)
